The Science Fair at high school and cégep, it clicks!

The Science Fair is a hit among young people! In high schools, junior colleges and cégeps, a nice tradition has been created, where original Science Fair projects are presented each year by enthusiastic, bright students who talk about their scientific approach with excitement in their eyes.

The Science Fair is also a hit with the school program! By studying an interesting topic in depth, the students develop a variety of skills, in accordance with academic objectives. Completing a project therefore becomes an important tool for addressing several disciplines taught at high school and at cégep: science and technology, English, French, communications, mathematics and art.

The Science Fair is also a big hit with the general public, who are astounded and delighted by the drive, knowledge and enthusiasm of our future scientists and technologists!

A brief look at the Science Fair

A Science Fair project is a science or technology project that is carried out alone or with a partner and then presented to an audience. It can be presented in a class, at a Local Final, or even at a Regional Final of the CDLS-CLS Network. Other levels of competition are also accessible at the secondary and cégep levels.

Regardless of the category or the type of project adopted, choosing an interesting topic is the key to the participants' motivation throughout the process!

Your project could also be qualified in the Forces avenir program, that aims to recognize, honour and promote the commitment of young people . For more details and the application form, visit their website.
