50 years of Science Fairs in Quebec!

Come celebrate with us!

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Quebec’s Science Fairs: a half-century spent promoting young people’s interest in science, and training impassioned new generations who have passed their enthusiasm on to emerging cohorts.

Until December 2010, a host of activities will be organized in all regions of Quebec in celebration of this anniversary: reunions of former exhibitors, meetings of young people and scientists, contests, profiles of notable Science Fair contestants, and more. Reunions of former exhibitors

Are you a former Science Fair exhibitor? We want to hear from you, and find out what you’ve been up to since that time! Fill out the online form for all former exhibitors who want to be kept up to date on our reunions and all actual Science Fairs activities.

Official launch

The 50th anniversary of Science Fairs in Quebec has been celebrated February 2, during a press conference at Université de Montréal, host of the 2010 Super Expo-sciences Bell, Québec Final. 5 ambassadors, each from one of the 5 decades of Science Fairs, were presented to the press and public.
